This terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the United Arab Emirates.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place on the Site, including for pricing errors, as set forth in our Pricing Policy. We reserve the right to limit quantities on orders placed by the same Account, on orders placed by the same method of payment, and on orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, prohibit purchases of any products to resellers, dealers, and distributors. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction including, without limitation, information about your method of payment (such as your payment card number and expiration date), your billing address, and your shipping information. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies). When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable. Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website cart are not reserved until your Order is paid for. Payment for Goods and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website: VISA and MASTERCARD. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. Delivery/Shipment Policy |
Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors and images you see will depend on your monitor or mobile device and may not be accurate. Additionally, from time to time there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and/or availability. As a result, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Website, including prices, product images, specifications, and/or availability. Zadina reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you do not wish to continue your purchase after pricing or other information has been corrected, please contact us right away.All orders are processed within 24 hours of order acceptance (Saturday to Thursday, excluding holidays). Zadina will deliver your order within 2-5 working days of purchase through the Website. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Orders shipping outside the United Arab Emirates will not be entertained now. Once activated, an updated terms and conditions will be posted. www.Zadina.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. |

Refund & Cancellation Policy / Cancellation & Replacement policy |
Subject to applicable Terms and Conditions, Zadina shall be entitled to debit the Customer's credit card account or recover by any other means any amount including any upfront payment due on any Product offered through our Website. Customers are required to pay Zadina all other charges as indicated in Terms and Conditions or as otherwise determined by Zadina. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact Customer Care (CustomerCare@Zadina.ae or +97137018604) within 48 hours of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers Due to the perishable nature of our products, all claims submitted without proper support documents will not be eligible for reshipment.
